Standard ground shipping is
FREE
for all orders over $50 in the continental United States with exception of below noted items. Orders are shipped via UPS or Federal Express.
Most items will arrive within 3-5 business days after you place your order.
Argo’s, Large Scooters, Scooter Carriers (a portion), Golf Cars, Power Chairs, Handcycles, Pool Lifts, Patient Lifts, Large Lifts & Fitness Equipment
and items over 150 lbs may be an exception to free shipping depending upon the item. These items will be shipped via truck (LTL) and normally deliver within 5-7 business days of shipment date from the manufacturer. LTL shipment must be quoted individually through the All-Terrain customer service department. You will receive a phone call from the freight company prior to delivery to schedule a convenient delivery time for you.
Upon order placement you will receive
an invoice confirmation detailing your purchase
and stating the item was paid vis-à-vis your credit card. Once the order has shipped you will receive
an email from us listing shipment details and ETA
to your destination. Wish lists will not generate an email until becoming a firm order.
Expedited Shipping such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air and 3 Day Select
are excluded from free shipping and are available on most items from All-Terrain Medical. The time is calculated from the point the item leaves the manufacturer’s facility.
For orders being shipped to
Canada and Mexico or other International locations
are exception to free shipping and we ask you to

Items that are produced according to your custom order and will consequently require extended shipment times including:
Argo’s:
Argo production time requires 2-3 weeks depending upon the modifications required for each order. We will call you to arrange for delivery once the item has been produced according to your specifications
Custom Wheelchairs:
Custom wheelchairs will take 2-5 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Please call about specific delivery times for your order.
Power Wheelchairs:
Most travel, folding and standard power wheelchairs leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Custom chairs with unique seating selections or other custom options may take from 2-3 weeks depending upon the manufacturer.
Scooters:
Travel scooters ordered by 2 pm ET Monday through Friday will usually ship within one day via UPS or FedEx and will usually arrive in 3-5 business days. Most medium to full-sized scooters leave the warehouse within 2-3 days and will be delivered by a truck (LTL). PaceSaver scooters are built to order, and take approximately 2 weeks to leave the warehouse.
Handcycles:
Handcycle shipment times vary significantly by product. Invacare handcycles take approximately 3-5 weeks for delivery. Most Quickie handcycles can be delivered within 2 weeks. There will be shipment time variations depending upon the circumstances. Therefore we at All-Terrain Medical will update you and give you the latest information available for each individual case.
