A simple, non-fitted solution for those at high-risk for pressure ulcers at the ischium or coccyx, with a viscoelastic "memory foam" top which molds to the anatomically shapred pocket below. The cushion gives pressure relief to the bony prominences that need it most. The high-density bottom is contoured to aid in healthy, up-right posture and helps position the legs properly. 

 

The EZ-Dish is covered with a wipe-clean, zippered, tissue-friendly, fluid repellant surface that reduces slipping and has a visula indicator for "bottom rear". The cover also accomodates the optional Sling-Fill Base. The EZ-Dish comes in four standard sizes which can be reimbursed under Medicare codes E2603 (for cushions less that 22" wide) and E2604 (for cushions over 22" wide).
