Warranty: The frame is covered by a lifetime warranty, and the brake handles are covered for 5 years against defects in materials and workmanship. Wear-and-tear components—including handgrips, brake cables, and wheels—are not covered under this warranty. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. All-Terrain Medical & Mobility does not warranty any parts damaged due to improper installation, modification, or misuse. For warranty service, please contact us at (877) 907-2333. Returns: Returns of Triumph Mobility products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Outbound shipping charges will be deducted from the refund, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product. Please contact us to obtain an RGA# before sending any items back—refunds cannot be processed without this number.
