Warranty
Rollators
The Carbon Ultralight, Carbon Overland, and Scandinavian Butler are covered by a 2 year warranty. This warranty does not cover moving parts, misuse, and normal wear and tear.
byACRE offers a lifetime warranty on the carbon frame for the original owner. Simply register your product at www.byacre.com within three months after purchase.
The Owner agrees to retain documentary proof of purchase that is satisfactory to the Manufacturer and to submit such documentation to All Terrain Medical in the event of a claim under this warranty.
Parts:
byACRE has a 2-year warranty on everything in case of a manufacturing defect. Normal wear and tear or external impacts - e.g. an accident or improper treatment are covered by the warranty.
Returns
This product may be returned within 30 days. The cost to ship the product to you will be deducted from any refund. The cost to ship the product back has to be paid for by the buyer. Products will be inspected and only unused items in resellable condition, as new, will be refunded.
