MJM International Warrants Only The Parts Of The Product Manufactured By It, The PVC Frame (Pipe And Fittings). If An Issue Arises Covered By The Warranty, MJM Reserves The Right To Send Replacement Components For The Repair Of The Product Or Replace The Complete Or Partial Frame.
Any Components Such As Mesh / Solid Vinyl Material, Seats, Shelves, Rails, Bins, Casters, Or Any Component Subject To Normal Wear And Tear Has A 6 Month Warranty. Total Lock And MRI Casters Have A 1 Year Warranty. All Warranties Will Be Null And Void If Any Alternations Have Been Made To Product By Customer.
When Requesting Service Under Warranty, Kindly Have Invoice Number, Serial Number And Date On Hand And Email The Information To customerservice@allterrainmedical.com. If MJM Requires Inspection Of Item In Question Prior To Service, Customer Agrees To Ship Item Prepaid To MJM International And To Pay For The Freight To Ship It Back. If Needed, Repair Or Service Will Be Done At No Charge; Otherwise Customer Will Be Advised Of Charges To Be Incurred Prior To Service.
