Limitations
Carrier
- The VH-55 carrier is designed to safely carry 500 lbs.
- The motorcycle ramp limits bikes to tires under 5.5 in.
- Helix, Reflex, Majestic, Gold Wing, and Burgman and similar scooters cannot be carried by a VH-55. Due to their length they cannot be weight centered on the rail. A VH-SPORT carrier is needed instead but further restrictions(weight/size) may apply. VersaHaul Carrier Calculator
- Use the Minimum Ground Clearance Chart to determine the minimum ground clearance required to properly load your motorcycle or scooter onto a VH-55 or VH-55 DM carrier when using a VH-55 ramp.
Hitch
- Most Class III hitches are rated for 500 lbs.
- Most Class IV hitches are rated for 1000 lbs.
- Low Hitch: The VersaHaul main tube extends out of the hitch at the same level. Hitches low to the ground will not work properly.
- Recessed Hitches will shorten the length of the carrier tube.

Vehicle
- Your hauling weight may be limited by your vehicle's capacity to carry a load.

Towing
- The VH-55 has a Class III hitch on the end of the carrier. It is limited to light-duty applications.
- The max towing weight, regardless of your vehicle, is 3000 lbs.

EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. warrants all parts for one year.
Returns
There is a 20% restocking fee for ALL returned items that are not defective. Returned products must be in selling condition as new.
The Customer is responsible for shipping parts or products back to EZRA DISTRIBUTING, Inc. at his/her own expense.
Shipping for items qualifying for free shipping will be deducted from remaining credit of eligible refund item.
The purchaser must obtain a Return Manufacturer’s Authorization Number (RMA #) from All Terrain Medical & Mobility.
Do not return units or parts without an RMA #. Returned units or parts without a proper RMA number will be refused or returned at the shipper’s expense.
The product must be packaged carefully and clearly marked with an RMA # so that a credit can be processed accurately. Improper packaging may cause shipping damage to the product being returned. This will impact the amount of credit to be refunded. All damaged parts or units must be replaced and/or repaired at the sender’s expense.
Units and Parts must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.

Great Choice for our Vespa
